Our bodies are dynamically integrated systems that are constantly adjusting to meet the demands of the changing environments that they reside within.  In an effort to meet these changing environmental demands and ensure situational success, our bodies use a highly sophisticated sensory response system.  This advanced system externally maps the environment around us and internally calibrates the proper response that is needed to effectively meet the perceived demands.  Guided by various communication filters that have been learned and patterned through life, our bodies process the environmental information around us and problem solve what is needed internally to effectively respond to the tasks and demands placed on us.  Simply put, our body’s responses to life run through the integrated communication network of our Neuroendocrine System.  Being deeply integrated with all of the other systems in our bodies, this system is constantly deciphering new and stored information, building programming filters, and facilitating both the body wide and regional responses needed to be the most efficient when called upon to act, governing how the tissues respond while both at rest and when under stress.  These responses, all anchored to behaviorally learned programs, are a form of communication of the internal body with the outside environment and thus can be tracked.  These body expressions are revealed in our action preferences and body restrictions moving us either closer to or further from our body and life goals.​
